Jessica Martucci – Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant

In this session, we will cover the basics of sleep and what that looks like for newborns through preschoolers — from what’s normal and expected, to what parents can do to promote good sleep hygiene.

All information given in this session is backed by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP)’s guidelines for safe sleep, as well as the latest research in child development.
